About the artwork
Who are you when no one is looking?
While the world encourages networking and learning from other people's experiences, a spiritual journey often calls one to be in a state of isolation for a brief period. It is in this state that one can observe the thoughts in their mind and get distance from them. It is only in this space that one can choose to be themselves authentically. This isolation from the familiar past can briefly make us feel lonely, but as we identify more with consciousness (as opposed to the physical body), we realize that we are all part of the same consciousness, and the isolation was an illusion.
This is a picture of Lake Sutherland in Washington state, USA, where nature gave a clean shot of some isolated homes surrounded by evergreen trees. What comes to mind when you hear isolation/solitude?
Ships across the USA and India.
